Shipping & Orders
We accept most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal.
We offer free shipping within the U.S. for all orders over $75 using standard shipping. For all US orders under $75 your shipping rate will be calculated at checkout.

You betcha! You'll receive an email with the tracking number once the shipping label is created. If you don't receive one in a timely manner, check your spam folder.

If your order was over $75 and shipping was free, there is nothing to refund.
If your order was under $75 and you were charged for shipping, then yes, it will be refunded as well.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
We take customer service very seriously. We want to ensure customers are completely happy with our handcrafted products.
For products that are not customized, if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return them for a refund or replacement. You must however submit your request within 17 days of the product delivery date.
Customized products cannot be returned or refunded unless we made a mistake with the customization, in which case, PLEASE REACH OUT SO WE CAN MAKE IT RIGHT.
Please contact us at email@example.com for a return authorization before shipping the item back. Only authorized requests will be processed.

You can reuse the box and packaging material that the item was originally shipped in. If you couldn’t contain your excitement and tore open the box, no problem, you can use any available box. Just let us know so that we put the appropriate weight and size of box for the return shipping label.
We accept returns and exchanges within 17 days of the delivery date. Please begin your return request 17 days or earlier from when the product was delivered to the address used to purchase the product.
If the product was a gift (and you’re marvelously proactive), no stress, please contact us for options. However, you will need to ship it back at your own expense and we will provide you with a store gift certificate.
Well…that depends. If there was a mistake with the customization and it was our fault, ABSOLUTELY! We will accept returns and exchanges within 17 days of the delivery date at no extra charge; we will remake your custom product put it ahead of the line; and get a new product shipped to you ASAP. But please let us know before the deadline of 17 days.
For all custom orders, we send an email to you with all the information you submitted to us. We encourage you to double-check spellings, dates, and names in the confirmation email. If you find an error (let’s face it, we all hit send a bit too soon), call or send us an email with the order number along with the correction that needs to be made. **Please do this within 24 hrs of ordering.
If for some reason the error was made on your end and it was not caught, please reach out to us for possible remedies. Please understand we are a small business and simply cannot absorb mistakes from others, but we will try to work with you on a possible solution.
We process refunds and store credits within 2 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that due to COVID-19, there may be shipping delays that neither one of us can control.

No. Wood prices are high enough as it is! All we ask is that you understand that custom design work takes time and we are take pride in our work so we take the necessary time to ensure that you too will take pride in our work.
We cannot legally personalize items with copyright material such as professional team logos, brand slogans, quotes by famous authors and others. If you have written permission from the owner or team, please call us to discuss.

Just about anything! Seriously, we have customer send us photos of their animals for engraving on ceramic tiles; wedding photos and vows to be engraved on cedar live slabs; company logos on walnut propagation stations for a new branding launch; wedding photo for etching on brass; outdoor "welcome" signs on wood with an acrylic overlay of their last name. If we can't do the job, we'll help you find someone that can!
We can engrave on acrylic, wood, leather, plastics, MDF, glass, cardboard, paper, vinyl, cork, granite, marble, tile, river rock, melamine.
We can etch on aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, brass and other metal when treated.

Once we receive your order, we’ll begin mocking up the design for your item. Most items are straightforward and don’t need multiple QA checks, but some do and we have multiple check points in house.
For complex designs we will communicate with you to ensure your items is exactly the way you want it by sending you a mockup of what the final product will look like.
No. Under US Copyright law, the designer automatically owns all rights to the work they do. But we DO NOT reproduce any products with your personal information such as family photos, recipes, wedding vows, etc. for anyone but you.
Please note that your final product may be featured in a blog post or product photography to highlight the artisan’s work.
