The “Tattered” flag has the right-side hand-carved to resemble a torn flag. With our wooden Tattered flags, there’s no need to retire them. You can continue to show it with pride and respect.
The flag is made from carefully selected wood based on the grain pattern so that the union and stripes pop out when burned to emphasize the wood grain. This results in an attractive visual effect that is truly unique since no two flags are alike.
All flags come with a protective finish for indoors by default. If you know you will be hanging or displaying your flag outside, please select the outdoor finish. This will further protect your flag from rain, snow, and significant temperature changes.
